What's the Tea {or the JUICE}?

THERE ARE LEVELS TO JUICING! Juicing has many benefits!

 

JUICE CLEANSE/ FAST: We typically think of juicing as 1-to-3-day cleanses for the body for detoxing and/or weight loss. The intention is to aid the body in a very intense but more natural cleanse to help rid the body of any unwanted items we allowed to enter our body. This consumption of juices allows for a more pleasurable experience because it's tasty going down. However, may leave you feeling very empty, internally and a rather difficult journey to complete! But sticking to it is an accomplishment in itself!
